Savor the crisp, December air while you trek down Alii Drive in historic Kailua Village, admiring the beautiful Kailua Bay alongside you. As an incentive, the top three male and female runners are awarded for their efforts. And don’t forget to wear a costume — you may just win best dressed!

Best Christmas Art, Crafts, Gifts & Food Fair

Even if your Christmas shopping list is all checked off, you can still enjoy shopping for unique made in Hawaii products ranging from handcrafted decorative items to musical instruments. This popular event, which takes place at the famed Edith Kanakaole Multi-Purpose Stadium in Hilo, features fun for the entire family, free prize giveaways and live music.


Christmas at the Hukilau Marketplace

Travel to Laie on the island of Oahu and you’ll get to experience Christmas unlike any other. While you’re being filled with holiday joy, remember to get some memorable photos with the larger-than-life displays on the Frank F. Fasi Civic Center Grounds through January 1 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. nightly.


Mrs. Claus Keiki Craft Saturdays

Keiki (children) ages 12 and younger on Maui will burst with excitement when they join Mrs. Claus for holiday craft making at the Queen Kaahumanu Center in Kahului. When your children have completed their handmade creations, they can share holiday smiles as they take a photo with Santa at Center Stage North. No winter is complete without snow, even in paradise! Experience a magical winter wonderland at Let It Snow with music, Keiki snowflake wands and free Starbucks hot chocolate served by Jingle Ambassadors every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday through December 23rd. Perfect for young and old alike to greet the holidays with good cheer!

Santa makes a splashing arrival on the shores of the spectacular Wailea Beach on Christmas Eve. Don your best holiday beach gear and take home memories of you and Santa basking in the winter warmth of Maui.
